Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Operating entity: TradeLink Funding LLC (Florida, USA)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, acquiring any of the evaluation plans (Starter, Pro, or Elite), or utilizing the web platform and services provided by TradeLink Funding LLC (hereinafter, the “Company”), you (the “User” or “Trader”) formally and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the entirety of this document, you must immediately refrain from using the platform or acquiring any service.
2. Nature of the Service and Market Simulation
- Corporate Purpose: TradeLink Funding LLC operates exclusively as a software development, educational technology, and market simulation tool platform designed for evaluating analytical skills and risk management.
- Demo Accounts: All accounts provided to users, both during the Examination Phase and the subsequent Funding Phase, are strictly demonstration accounts (Demo) operating with simulated funds within a technological testing environment.
- Absence of Financial Intermediation: The Company is not a broker-dealer, financial institution, investment advisor, or third-party fund manager. The Company does not collect public deposits or execute real-market operations with user capital. The user understands and agrees that they are not investing real money or acquiring rights to real financial assets.
3. Plan Structure, Fees, and Duration
The Company offers three (3) levels of evaluation plans with specific simulation characteristics and performance bonuses (all amounts in USD):
| Plan | Plan Fee | Initial Demo Capital | Maximum Exposure | Monthly Bonus / Reward |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39.99 | $2,000 | $2,500 | $120 |
| Pro | $69.99 | $5,000 | $6,000 | $210 |
| Elite | $99.99 | $10,000 | $12,500 | $300 |
Plan Validity: Each evaluation plan has an initial duration of thirty (30) calendar days for the Examination Phase. Upon expiration of this period, if the required objectives have not been met, the plan expires without right to automatic extension.
Refund Policy: Plan purchase fees correspond strictly to the right of access to the simulation and evaluation software. Such fees are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been processed.
4. Risk Management and Operational Rules
To maintain validity within the simulation environment, the user must strictly comply with the following technical risk control parameters:
- Daily Loss Limit: A maximum daily loss cap of 4% of the account’s initial capital is established ($80 for Starter, $200 for Pro, and $400 for Elite). If one or more trades reach this limit within the same calendar day, the account will be automatically closed and interrupted.
- Total Loss Limit (Drawdown): A maximum cumulative loss cap of 8% of the account’s initial capital is established ($160 for Starter, $400 for Pro, and $800 for Elite). Hitting this limit results in the definitive termination of the simulated account.
- Activity Requirement: The user must register a minimum of 10 active trading days within each monthly cycle to meet account eligibility and reward criteria.
5. Phases, Monthly Cycles, and Performance Rewards
- Phase 1 (Examination): The trader has 30 days to achieve a simulated net profit target of 10% on the initial capital, while strictly respecting the 4% daily and 8% total risk limits at all times.
- Phase 2 (Funding / Work Month): Upon passing the examination, the user accesses a simulated funded account and enters a monthly operating cycle.
- Performance Rewards: At the end of each work month, if the trader achieves the 10% simulated profit target, fulfills the minimum 10 active trading days, and respects risk limits, they shall be entitled to an economic performance reward ($120, $210, or $300 depending on their plan).
- Cycle Regime and Exceptional Operational Grace:
- At the close of each month, simulated profit counters will reset to zero ($0).
- Extension via Exceptional Operational Grace (one additional consecutive month): If at the end of the corresponding monthly cycle the User fails to achieve the 10% profit target, the account will not be closed provided that cumulatively: (i) the account remains active without breaching established risk limits (4% daily and 8% total loss), and (ii) a minimum of ten (10) active trading days has been registered within the period. Upon meeting such requirements, the Company will grant exceptionally a single (1) additional consecutive grace month, proceeding to reset the simulated profit counter for a new operating cycle at no additional cost. However, if by the end of this additional grace month the User still fails to achieve the 10% profit target, the cycle will definitively conclude, the account will be terminated, and the User shall be required to acquire a new plan (pay for another evaluation) should they wish to continue on the platform. This grace extension is non-extendable and applies only once per evaluation cycle.
- If an active account remains without registering any trades for thirty (30) consecutive days, it will be automatically archived for inactivity.
6. Reward Payment Method
Performance rewards legitimately generated in the Funding Phase will be issued exclusively in USDC (USD Coin) via the Base network. It is the absolute responsibility of the user to provide a valid and compatible cryptographic wallet address. TradeLink Funding LLC is released from any liability arising from the transfer of funds to erroneous or incompatible addresses provided by the user.
7. Prohibitions and Unauthorized Activities
The use of dishonest practices is strictly prohibited, such as: latency arbitrage, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities or software bugs (errors), deliberate manipulation of price feeds, execution of cross-hedging strategies across multiple accounts to guarantee artificial results, or the use of unauthorized third-party automated systems. Detection of any of these behaviors will immediately invalidate the user’s account, without entitlement to compensation or refund of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
TradeLink Funding LLC does not guarantee the generation of income, financial earnings, or specific results through the use of its platforms. The Company assumes no responsibility for temporary service interruptions, internet connectivity failures, server errors, or external technical issues beyond its reasonable control. Access and use of the services is undertaken at the user’s sole risk.
9. Amendments to Terms
TradeLink Funding LLC reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon official publication on the Company’s website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the execution, interpretation, or breach of this document shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Florida, United States.
