Refund Policy
1. Digital Nature of the Service
Because TradeLink Funding LLC immediately provides digital products—consisting of access credentials to simulation software, testing environments, and analytical evaluation tools—all plan sales (Starter, Pro, and Elite) are final.
2. General Non-Refundable Policy
- Once the payment for any evaluation plan has been processed and the corresponding access credentials have been generated, no refunds, returns, or cancellations will be granted, either partially or in full.
- The fees paid correspond strictly to the right of use and temporary access to the simulation software and skill evaluation services.
- The fact that the user decides not to use the account, decides not to trade, or experiences account suspension or failure (“burning”) due to breaching risk management rules (such as the 4% daily loss limit or the 8% total drawdown) does not entitle them to any type of refund.
3. Payments Processed Through NOWPayments
- Nature of Cryptocurrency Payments: Our official payment gateway, NOWPayments, processes transactions based on digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
- Irreversibility of Transactions: Due to the intrinsic nature of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. TradeLink Funding LLC cannot and does not have the technical capability to reverse cryptocurrency transfers executed by the user from their personal wallets to the payment gateway.
- Shipping / Transfer Errors: It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify the exact amount, the selected cryptocurrency network, and the destination address provided by NOWPayments at the time of payment. TradeLink Funding LLC is not responsible for lost funds due to erroneous transfers, the use of incompatible networks, or incorrect transfer amounts.
4. Technical Errors and Extraordinary Support
If a user experiences a critical technical failure directly attributable to the servers of TradeLink Funding LLC that completely prevents them from accessing the acquired service during the initial period of their plan:
- They must notify technical support immediately, attaching the corresponding evidence.
- The team will evaluate the case and, upon verification of the system technical failure, the applicable remedy will consist exclusively of the reassignment, resetting, or extension of access credentials. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued in cash or cryptocurrencies.
5. Acceptance of Policy
By processing any payment through NOWPayments or any other authorized gateway on the TradeLink Funding LLC website, the user formally declares that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Refund Policy, expressly waiving the right to initiate unfounded disputes or chargebacks.
