If you violate any risk parameters—such as the 4% daily loss limit or total margin caps—or if you fail to reach the 10% profit target within the 30-day timeframe, your evaluation fails instantly. In this case, the account is closed and you must purchase a new evaluation plan to try again. There are no free retries or refunds for failed accounts.
