Trading digital assets, cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, among others), and virtual financial derivatives carries an extremely high level of risk and is not suitable for all individuals.
- Leverage: The use of financial leverage (such as the 5x multiplier available in the simulators) can work both against and in favor of the user. This means that market volatility can generate the rapid and total loss of the permitted operating limits in the simulated account.
- Historical Results: Results, earnings, or returns obtained within the TradeLink Funding LLC simulation environment do not guarantee, suggest, or presuppose any type of future result in real financial markets.

5. Express User Acceptance
By acquiring any of the evaluation plans (Starter, Pro, or Elite) or using the services of TradeLink Funding LLC, the user formally declares that:
- They have read, understood, and accepted in their entirety the terms of this risk disclosure.
- They acknowledge that they operate exclusively with simulation tools and educational software.
- They voluntarily and consciously assume the inherent risks of trading and risk management under the rules established by the Company.
